G’day, you’re at the best wine blog ever! We're all about wine; without the wankery.

Hello Jacqueline! I saw your name pop up on my blog, and just had to come by and say hello. I love this oil, and that you continue to draw your surroundings and places you visit with lovely detail. Cheers and happy new year! Margie
Thank you, Margie! I always enjoy your beautiful posts too! My artwork has slowed down in the past few months while I finish up another project, but I’m itching to get back into the daily habit. Nice people like you help motivate me. Happy New Year to you too 🙂
Love the painting, very atmospheric and soothing
Thanks very much. I love your work too!
This is very nice!
Thank you! You’re making me want to try something abstract, though. Very cool stuff lately over at your place.
Thank you very much! If you do I’d love to see it. Abstract, I feel, allows me to be and to express my artwith the greatest level of honesty and authenticity.
Interesting! I think I’ve always seen it in the opposite way, that honesty demands perfect rendering — but there’s no reason that should be true. I’m going to experiment. Thank you for making me think about this!
If our flaws and foibles are a true part of us then I believe the messy aspects of our lives will emerge in our art. Mostly, have fun!
Very calming and beautiful sea, it’s a pleasure to look at it!
Thanks so much again!
